COOK.- Suddenly but peacefully at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee on Tuesday 3rd April 2018, David Cook aged 64 years. Beloved husband of Molly, much loved dad, grandad and great-grandad. Sadly missed by all. Funeral Service at Dunfermline Crematorium on Monday 16th April at 10.45am, to which all friends and neighbours are respectfully welcome, family flowers only please. Donations in lieu can be made to Ninewells I.C.U upon leaving the Crematorium.
