LEITCH.- Betsy and the family of the late John (Jack) Leitch wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many cards, flowers and expressions of sympathy received following the sad loss of Jack. Thanks to Julie, Ian and Amy, the District nursing team, Doctor Phillips, the Palliative care nurses and the O.T. staff for all their kind care and support. Thanks also to the Co-operative Funeralcare for their excellent service, the King Malcolm Hotel for providing the catering and to RC Ferguson for the wonderful flowers. Special thanks to Jack's brother Jim, for conducting the service and adding the personal touch, which was greatly appreciated by all. Finally, thanks to everyone who paid their last respects to Jack, who will be sadly missed by all, at Dunfermline Crematorium and for kindly donating to Cancer Research.
