Located to the rear of Muir Homes at Belleknowes Industrial Estate on the Inverkeithing road from Rosyth, Furniture Plus Ltd has now become an established landmark for exceptional quality second hand goods and furnishings in the West Fife area. Boasting an impressive 25,000 sq ft of operational and sales spaces, it hosts a wide range of operations from basic sales to furniture restoration, electrical goods, PAT testing and carpet end sales.
Opened in May 2008 the unit has gone from strength to strength in trading and reputation terms. It is now a port of first choice for many hundreds of bargain hunters of quality goods. As well as a highly skilled work force the Charity also has the benefit of a dedicated Board of Directors, comprised of a mix of former local business leaders, community activists and members of the general public.
Furniture Plus Ltd now has the quite unique distinction in its sector, of being wholly sustainable after 8 very hard working years of establishment and consolidation at all its units in Fife (Dysart, Inverkeithing, Lochgelly and Cowdenbeath). A truly remarkable feat and worthy tribute to all involved over this period. The Inverkeithing unit is well worth a visit whether you want a new look for your home or require essential goods and furnishings to make a home. The staff are both sympathetic and sensitive to your needs and are highly trained in dealing with the public in a professional manner.
Furniture Plus Ltd is a multi award winning Charity in both business and quality terms and is one of only a few in its 130 plus sector who have Investors in People status. The concept of Furniture Plus Ltd is embraced across 4 units in Fife operating throughout the year on a seven day opening schedule. The prospect of late opening on a Thursday night till 6pm will be piloted in Inverkeithing as of Thursday 7 May. Our branches in Dysart, Lochgelly and Cowdenbeath have now been refurbished to cater for a very loyal client base in Central and East Fife. More people every year are visiting our premises looking for good deals – and getting them.
