ABERDOUR Cultural Association will screen three short films showing life in the village between the 1970s and 1990s.
'A Victorian Spectacular' (1990, 30 minutes), 'Tales from Aberdour' (1997, 17 minutes) and 'Aberdour Marine' (1975, 35 minutes) will be shown from 7.30pm on 17th June in the Foresters Arms.
The first film celebrates Aberdour Station's centenary on 2nd June 1990, the second features residents talking about life and growing up in the village, and the third shows footage of the construction of motor yachts at Aberdour Marine Ltd.
After the films there will be a brief update on the HMS Tarlair local history project with a sneak preview of some of the images from the upcoming exhibition and book by Diana Maxwell.
