GOURLAY Sam On behalf of all her family, Wendy would like to thank everyone for the numerous cards, flowers, letters and messages of sympathy received following the sudden, and unexpected, loss of her youngest son, Sam. Thanks to all staff at The Medico Centre, Sheffield and JD Funeral Directors, Milnathort, for their assistance in returning Sam home to his family in Fife. Thanks also to all the staff at Mark Mitchell Independent Funeral Directors, Oakley, for all their care and professionalism during the arrangements. Many thanks to civil celebrant, David Bryant, for his wonderful and comforting words at the service at Dunfermline Crematorium. Special thanks to Dean Saunders and all the staff from HMP Wakefield and HMP Woodhill for the very personal and emotional tribute provided to Sam. Finally thanks to everyone who attended the service in such large numbers at Dunfermline Crematorium and contributed towards the collection for Andy`s Man Club, Dunfermline, which raised the amazing sum of £529
