COMMUTERS using the Forth Road Bridge are experiencing severe delays this morning due to a breakdown and heavy fog.
Traffic travelling southbound has been queuing back to junction three of the M90 at Halbeath as recovery work continues to remove a vehicle that broke down just before 8am.
A speed restriction of 30mph has also been in place across the bridge in both directions because of fog, with delays also affecting motorists in Inverkeithing, where traffic is extremely heavy on the town's High Street.
Commuters travelling from South Queensferry are also suffering from delay, while Stagecoach bus services heading to Edinburgh and Edinburgh Airport from West Fife are running up to 30 minutes late.
