ONE-WAY measures on the Kincardine and Clackmannanshire Bridge have been lifted.
Earlier this morning, drivers told the Press that the Clackmannanshire Bridge was being used for vehicles travelling towards Fife, while the Kincardine Bridge was taking vehicles travelling away from Fife.
However Traffic Scotland announced on Twitter that the traffic management issues had been "fixed" and the bridges are now open in both directions.
It is still expected there will be lengthy tailbacks through the villages and on surrounding roads after the news broke that the Forth Road Bridge will be closed until the New Year.
