GYMNASTS from Dunfermline's Spartans gymnastics display team will find out tonight if they will make it through to the semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent.

Performing as Spartans Resurrection, the talented group of 18 gymnasts aged between 13-23 wowed an audience of millions on the hit ITV show last month with a display that judge Amanda Holden described as "like Game of Thrones with crash mats".

The group performed on Saturday April 30 and received four 'Yes' votes from judges Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Holden after their hit audition.

That moved them into the next stage of the competition and their fate is set to be decided during tonight's reveal show.

The judges will decide which of the acts that were given yes votes during auditions will progress further to the live semi-finals, with 45 acts set to make it through.

Speaking to the Press after their successful audition, Spartans coach Sheelagh Glover said: "They did really well and I felt a lot of relief; not only for the fact that the audience and judges appreciated it, but that it was very professional.

“It came off as good as it could have.

“I think they were in shock at some of the comments they got and it was the last thing they thought would happen.

"We managed to get everything together and we’ll have to wait until the reveal show to see if we’ve got through."

You can watch and see if the Spartans make it through to the live semi-finals by tuning in to STV tonight from 8pm.
