A SOON to be wed Pars season ticket holder opened his eyes to his very worst nightmare at East End Park last night.

Neal Duffy was chained to the railings outside the ground after being 'kidnapped & blindfolded' and taken to a 'secret' destination to celebrate his up and coming nuptials after a day of golfing.

While blindfolded he was told to change into a special outfit.

That outfit was a full Falkirk kit.

If that wasn't bad enough for Neal, there was an inflatable Falkirk ball and flag behind him, and a banner showing his love for the club.

The 23-year-old from Duloch was left horrified when he took the blindfold off as he had been dressed up as his worst nightmare.

A deceived Neal said: "I've had better nights.

"My boss organised for golf at Gleneagles on the Ryder Cup course during the day. On the way back down the road we stopped at the yard in Lochgelly. We got out the car, he took my keys, locked the car and then went away. I was then handcuffed and blindfolded, and then dressed in the kit by my mates.

"They kept going round roundabouts so I couldn't tell where we were going. I had no idea what was happening. I was shaking.

"My dad turned up from work and was driving slowly down Halbeath Road to slow the traffic up to make sure as many people saw me.

"Danielle, my wife to be, didn't know how I was going to take it.

"When she took the blindfold off I saw the banners and flag behind me and quickly got the top off and started running down the pitch with my shorts down at my ankles.

Pars legend Jim Leishman was able to offer some consolation for the humiliated Pars fan.

Neal and Danielle are getting married in Cyprus on October 14.

He added that there's 'no chance' of having a Falkirk wedding cake, but admits he's afraid his mates have kept the banner.

He said: "They've kept the banner and are threatening to hang it up at our wedding reception at the Glen Pavillion on October 29.

"It was a good laugh but I'm definitely going to get revenge."
