FIVE vehicles were damaged by vandals across West Fife last week.

Two transit vans in Rosyth were broken into but nothing was stolen. One break-in occurred between 3pm on October 16 and 8am on October 20 at Harley Street near the Southern Ruby Club and the other happened between 10pm on October 18 and 8am on October 19 in Camdean Crescent. Both were white Ford vans and police believe the incidents to be linked.

A theft from another vehicle happened on David Henderson Court in Dunfermline between 12pm on October 10 and 8am October 16. The blue Peugeot had been left insecure.

Two cars were damaged in Dunfermline and Dalgety Bay. A silver Ford motor on Woodmill Place was left with scoring to its bonnet between 7.30pm on October 16 and 11am the next day and a top-range grey Mercedes had its light smashed between 9pm on October 14 and 8.40am on October 16, on Merkland Crescent.
