Dunfermline Sky staff collect backpacks for refugees in Syria
BIG-HEARTED staff at Sky in Dunfermline collected more than 100 backpacks to help make Christmas special for Syrian child refugees.
A total of 159 backpacks were collected as part of an appeal from Edinburgh charity ReAct who are partners of local group Refuge Fife.
The charity have been working with volunteers in Greece who are attempting to offer basic schooling to over 500 refugee children stranded there.
Included in the backpacks were pens and pencils, basic toys, hats, gloves and treats for the children.
