Yellow weather warnings from the Met Office are continuing throughout the day until midday tomorrow for West Fife.
Ice is likely to form on untreated surfaces especially where showers of sleet, snow and hail occur.
Hopefully today will bring the last of the Arctic blast that has been effecting the country this week.
Gales and snow showers will ease by the evening but otherwise it will be dry, frosty and cold night with with clear skies.
However, temperatures could be as low as -5°C.
Milder weather will gradually return on Sunday.
