Police have identified three males who set off smoke flares at East End on Saturday afternoon.
Flares were set off by Hamilton fans in the away section of the stadium.
Police are making positive lines of enquiry regarding the three males and information has been shared with Hamilton police ahead of tonight's replay at New Douglas Park.
Hamilton fans were also seen causing issues for motorists before the match for the fifth round of the Scottish Cup.
Locals saw a group who were coming from the train station at Dunfermline Queen Margaret and heading towards Halbeath Road, were hassling drivers at the Kwik Fit junction.
Some were banging on cars causing motorists to get out of their cars.
Witnesses say when police emerged at the scene the group scattered.
