A Dunfermline man committed a sex act at the window of his home where he was seen by a neighbour.
Robert Dempsey, 45, formerly of Fieldfare View, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on November 27 at that address he conducted himself in a disorderly manner by masturbating in front of a window inside the house, where he could be seen by others from outside, and committed a breach of the peace.
Depute fiscal Alisdair Shaw told the court the complainer was a neighbour.
Defence solicitor Selina Mackay said that her client was now living in a new address in Woodmill Crescent.
Sentence was deferred for reports until April 12.
