Hazardous conditions are expected across West Fife from this evening (March 20) as the Met Office issues a yellow warning of snow and ice.
Snow and hail showers overnight and into tomorrow morning are likely to bring 1 to 3cm snowfall across many areas. Temperatures could be as low as -2C.
Ice is likely to form on untreated surfaces and could cause disruption to travel.
Lightening also maybe an additional hazard.
It will be a cold start to the day on Tuesday with showers continuing throughout the day, but snow will begin to melt away.
