A LEARNER driver has been accused of getting behind the wheel without supervision, insurance or a MOT.
Last Wednesday at Alloa's Justice of the Peace Court, Ewan Anderson asked for extra time to seek legal advice before making a plea.
The 35-year-old, of Main Street in Coalsnaughton, holds a provisional licence, but has been charged with driving in his home street on December 18 last year without being accompanied by a qualified driver.
He is also accused of failing to display 'L' plates and not having the proper insurance and MOT paperwork as required.
Anderson was ordered to return to court on March 29.
