A 31-year-old man has appeared in court accused of glassing two customers in a Dunfermline pub.
Dean Oxley, of Chesterfield Drive, Middlesbrough, appeared on petition at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
It is alleged that on Sunday night at Coady’s Bar, Pilmuir Street, he assaulted two men by striking them both on the face with a glass to their injury.
He also faces charges relating to an incident at the nearby Tesco petrol station kiosk where he is accused of stealing confectionery and throwing items at an employee.
Oxley is further accused of entering a police vehicle, acting in an aggressive manner and making threatening gestures and demands.
Oxley made no plea and was committed for further examination. He was remanded in custody.
