A 14-YEAR-OLD boy has been charged in connection with anti-social behaviour at the war memorial in Dunfermline.
Police said inquiries were also continuing to trace other individuals involved in the incident at Monastery Street on Friday March 10.
Former soldier David Scott told the Press last week that a gang of drunken youths had urinated on poppies at the war memorial.
He said up to 60 teenagers rampaged through the town, jumping on top of cars and punching and slapping passers-by.
A statement from the police said that a report will be submitted to the Children’s Reporter.
