A LEARNER driver gave no consideration to others and got behind the wheel whilst unfit to drive through drink or drugs.
On Thursday at the county's Sheriff Court, James Gilfillan was due to be sentenced for the road traffic violation, which took place between The Braes in Tullibody and King Street in Alloa on April 1 this year.
The 43-year-old, of Newmills in Tullibody, also admitted driving without supervision and failing to display 'L' plates.
The case was further adjourned until June 1 for the completion of a Criminal Justice Social Work report.
