POLICE have identified the Rosyth man killed in a car crash in the early hours of Monday morning.
Michael O'Donnell was driving on the A74(M) near Lockerbie when he was involved in a collision with another vehicle at around 4.40am.
The 58-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
Another man was taken to Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary but was discharged after treatment.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing and an appeal is again made to anyone who may have witnessed it to call Police Scotland at Lockerbie on the 101 number."
