A DUNFERMLINE man who sexually assaulted a minor did not appear for sentencing at court because he was on holiday.
Sheriff Craig McSherry excused Derek Lamond because he was away on a pre-booked two-week holiday and adjourned the case until Thursday.
At an earlier court appearance, Lamond, 51, of Arthur Street, admitted sexually assaulting a minor on May 10 at an address in Dunfermline by looking inside her clothing at her breasts and touching her on the breast.
