British Transport Police have spoken to a person of interest following an appeal to speak to a man in realtion to indeceny offences at Inverkeithing train station. 

An image was released earlier today following reports of indecency on board trains from Perth and Inverkeithing and a further offence at Inverkeithing station. 

The incidents occurred between Monday, June 5 and Wednesday, June 7. 

Police described the incidents as "very distressing" to the victims. 

The man was described as being aged between 50 and 60 of about 5'8" in height with short grey hair. He was wearing glasses, an oversized black two-piece suit, black jacket, white shirt and black shoes. 

Investigating officer Detective Constable Nick Ritchie said: “These were very distressing incidents for the victims of each incident and I am looking to speak with anyone who knows the man in the image we have released.

"Behaviour such as this will never be tolerated and we are actively pursuing a number of enquiries.”
