THE first photograph in this week's trip down Memory Lane is of the 'Kings Court' shopping arcade which was situated near 'Chambers' wine bar underneath what is now the Guildhall Linen Exchange pub on the corner of the High Street and Guildhall Street.
The second photograph shows the shops at the top of St Andrew Street near its junction with Hospital Hill, including the video shop, newsagent John Young, fishing tackle shop and chemist on the corner.
