Police cordon off underpass in Dunfermline
POLICE cordoned off an underpass in Dunfermline this morning.
However, they have now confirmed that nobody has been hurt at the scene.
A police van is currently in attendance as they cordon off the underpass at the town's Public Park.
Police Scotland believe that no criminality has taken place but there was concern for the welfare of an individual.
