A MAN brandished a wooden pole during the latest outbreak of trouble at Tesco’s Dunfermline town centre store.

Samuel McCluskey, 30, of Albany Street, Dunfermline, was arrested and appeared from custody at the town’s sheriff court.

He admitted that on 13th February at Tesco, Winterthur Lane, Dunfermline, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, acted aggressively, challenged people to fight and brandished a wooden pole.

Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and McCluskey will be sentenced on 14th March.
