A NEIGHBOURHOOD dispute between pensioners ended with a couple appearing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
John Stark, 68, and Marina Stark, 69, of Green Street, Townhill, admitted that on June 13, last year, at Green Street, they behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, acted aggressively, shouted and swore at another couple, both then aged 81.
John Stark had also been accused of assaulting the male of the couple by pushing him to the ground to his injury but his not guilty plea was accepted to that charge.
The couple were not represented in court by a solicitor. Sheriff Derek Reekie deferred sentence until April 27 for them to seek legal advice.
