A missing teenager has been traced safe and well by police in Dunfermline.
An appeal was launched yesterday for Aaron Hunter, 13, who was last seen in Tweed Street, at around 6.50pm on Saturday, and had not been in contact with his family for several days.
Police announced on their social media page this morning that the teenage boy was found yesterday evening (Tuesday) and thanked everyone that had helped them with the appeal.
A spokesperson said: "We can confirm that Aaron Hunter (13), was traced safe and well in the Dunfermline area yesterday evening (Tuesday 15 May).
"Thank you to all those who shared our appeals for information."
