A ROSYTH man caused a disturbance in the early hours of the morning at his partner’s house, kicking and punching doors.
The incident led to Reece Taylor, 27, of Kings Road, appearing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on May 27, at an address in Dunfermline, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by shouting and repeatedly striking doors and windows.
He also admitted wilfully or recklessly damaging property by punching a door and repeatedly kicking another door.
Depute fiscal Dev Kapadia said the incident occurred at the home of Taylor’s partner.
They had been at Rosyth Gala the previous day then went back to her house with others for a party in her back garden.
The party went on into the early hours of the morning when an argument started between Taylor and his partner.
She asked everyone to leave, including Taylor. He did so but returned shortly afterwards and began banging on her doors and windows.
“Neighbours could hear the banging then they heard glass smashing,” added the depute. Police were called and they arrived at 3.30am.
Taylor, who was representing himself in court, had nothing to say about the incident.
Sheriff Craig McSherry called for reports and Taylor will be sentenced on July 11.
