THE images in this week's trip down Memory Lane are from the Press archives and show Dunfermline in the 1990's. The first photo shows Graham Henderson in his shop, Pink String and Sealing Wax, which was located in the town's Bridge Street before it closed for business on his retiral last year.

The next photograph is of Dunfermline Sewing and Craft Centre, beside what was Boots the Chemist's location in the High Street at the time the photograph was taken in April 1996.

The next photograph shows High Street on May 11, 1999 (at 5.05pm if the town clock was accurate!) before the Cooperative buildings on the right were demolished for what is now the grassed area leading up to the bus station.

The final aerial image was taken from the top of the magnificent City Chambers building looking down over Dunfermline Abbey and Church.
