A 32-YEAR-OLD man was arrested after a disturbance in the Parkneuk area of Dunfermline on Friday evening.
One neighbour said a number of police vans and officers in protective gear responded when trouble broke out around 8pm in Blackburn Avenue.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police in Fife have arrested and charged a 32-year-old man in connection with a theft and a breach of the peace, after officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the Blackburn Avenue area of Dunfermline on Friday August 31.
"The man was expected to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court today (Monday)."
