IT'S green for go with Aberdour Bowling Club given planning permission to instal new changing rooms.
An application to Fife Council seeking consent to put up a timber outbuilding at their premises on Shore Road was approved last week.
The club will demolish one of the two older wooden sheds at the side of the green and the new facility will have changing rooms, a store for machinery and a tank room.
A council report said: "The outbuilding extension will be located on the west side of the bowling green and adjoin the existing changing room facility which was approved in October 2012."
It added: "It is considered that the extension, in terms of its size, design, materials and proportion is acceptable and will not have a detrimental impact on the character and appearance of the Aberdour Conservation Area within which the site is located."
