Mooney returned to his car then walked towards her again. After she had refused his advances, he opened her car door, leaned forward and kissed her on the face.

On November 16, he attended back at the store and went inside looking for the woman.

He returned to his car and waited for her, moved his car, parking it beside her vehicle.

Mooney got out of his car and walked towards the store to look for her, returned to his car and drove it to a position opposite her vehicle, parked it there then re-entered to store to look for her.

Sheriff Francis Gill deferred sentencing until February 21.
