A Rosyth man has been fined for an assault on a woman which took place more than a decade ago.
Stephen Cameron, 33, of Duffy Place, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He had admitted that on January 19, 2013 at Valley Gardens, Aberdeen, he assaulted a female by grabbing her face and punching her on the arm.
He admitted breaching the community payback order which had been the original sentence. He failed to do any of the 60 hours of unpaid work he had been ordered to carry out.
Cameron was sentenced again with Sheriff Krista Johnston imposing a fine of £420.
