A 59-YEAR-OLD Dalgety Bay man has appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court and admitted he sexually assaulted a woman.
In the dock was James Chisholm, of Morlich Court.
He admitted that on July 11 or 12, 2015, at his home, he sexually assaulted the woman by attempting to touch her breasts, kissing her, forcing his hand into her lower clothing and touching her private parts.
Sentence was deferred for reports until July 4. Chisholm was put on the sexual offenders’ register.
