VEGGIE-grower Jim Thomson (88) scooped another gold award last week in the Beautiful Fife Gardens 2014 awards.
The Dalgety Bay pensioner secured his Fife -wide title for the 13th time.
Mr Thomson has already won the Beautiful Fife West Fife title 24 times for his enormous home-grown vegetables.
Speaking to the Press last month Mr Thomson said he enjoys gardening because it is relaxing and puts his success down to a “well dunged” patch and lots of hard work.
His bumper crop includes carrots, parsnips, onions, cauliflowers, runner beans, broad beans, French beans, different variations of leeks, onions and more!
George Henderson was also presented with a gold award by Provost Jim Leishman at the ceremony which took place at the Rothes Hall in Glenrothes.
The Kelty gardener won the top prize in the hanging basket/container category.
West Fife gardeners also scooped a number of awards at this year’s ceremony in the formal flower, landscape flower, mixed flower/vegetable/container, vegetable and hanging basket/container categories.
