The back of a Nokia phone that was found in the search for missing Corrie McKeague has been ruled out of further investigation.
Part of a phone was found by a member of the public in Mildenhall near to where the last signals from Corrie's phone were received.
Suffolk Police say the back of the phone can not be identified with Corrie's and is impossible to link to the case.
RAF serviceman Corrie from Dunfermline went missing from a night out in Bury St Edmunds on September 24 but not one piece of evidence had been found since.
The 23-year-old's Nokia was traced to Barton Mills early in the search but wasn't found.
On Monday it was revealed by the missing airman's girlfriend that Corrie was going to be a father.
