A 24-YEAR-OLD woman was indecently assaulted in broad daylight at Pittencrieff Park in Dunfermline.
The incident happened around 1.10pm on Sunday and police are appealing for witnesses.
The force said a man approached and then indecently assaulted the woman.
He is described as dark-skinned, in his late 20’s or early 30’s, with dark hair and a black beard.
He was wearing a leather jacket, white t-shirt and red training shoes.
The suspect is thought to have been with another man who was also in his late 20’s or early 30’s, slim built, dark-skinned and bald.
He was wearing work trousers and a green hooded top.
Detective Inspector Kelly McEwan said: “Thankfully the young woman was not harmed but is understandably upset and distressed by the incident.
