A MAN who was found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman at Dunfermline's Alhambra Theatre appeared in court for sentencing on Wednesday.
Alexander Rollo still pleaded his innocence even though he had been found guilty by a jury for the assault.
Rollo, 63, of Leven, was previously found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman on February 20, 2016, at the Alhambra, by touching her on the body.
Sheriff Valerie Johnston imposed a 12-month supervision order. Rollo was also placed on the sex offenders' register for 12 months and was ordered to reside in accommodation that is approved by an officer.
