A DUNFERMLINE man, previously jailed for repeatedly driving while disqualified, has committed the same offence again.
Callum Welsh, 27, of Allan Crescent, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on October 2 at Robertson Road and Beatty Place, Dunfermline, he drove while disqualified and without insurance.
Sheriff Jillian Martin-Brown called for reports and allowed bail. Welsh will be sentenced on November 1.
In September last year, Welsh was jailed for two years after being caught driving while disqualified for the third time in three months.
He was also banned from driving for 10 years by Sheriff Craig McSherry who called Welsh’s actions “some of the worst instances of complete defiance of court orders.”
