Dunfermline Sheriff Court
A DUNFERMLINE man caused a disturbance, forced in his way into someone else’s home and became involved in a physical confrontation.
The incident resulted in Shane Simpson, 39, of Mary Place, appearing in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on August 29 at an address in John Street, Dunfermline, he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner by attending there uninvited, acting in an aggressive manner, forcing his way into the house and struggling with the occupant.
Sheriff Charles MacNair called for reports and Simpson will be sentenced on December 13.
