A WOMAN was taken to hospital following a collision involving two vehicles in Dunfermline this morning.
Emergency services responded to a call from a member of the public just after 9.45am and raced to the incident at Dunlin Drive.
Police Scotland confirmed that the accident occurred at the junction with Linburn Road and that police, ambulance and fire crews were all in attendance.
A spokesperson confirmed to the Press that one female has been taken to Kirkcaldy's Victoria Hospital and that both vehicles had been recovered by approximately 11.15am.
They could not confirm any further details at this time but readers on the Press Facebook page near the scene stated that the road had been closed for a period after the collision.
