CARNEGIE Hall is the venue for a talk next week about North Korea.
The Royal Scottish Geographical Society (RSGS) is hosting the talk by renowned speaker Jeremy Hunter.
Hunter will be recounting his experiences of life inside North Korea and particularly the Arirang Games, a spectacle involving 150,000 North Koreans that celebrates the communist country’s own particular brand of history.
For anybody who has ever wondered about the goings on in one of the world’s most secretive and reclusive countries this is a must-see talk.
During Hunter’s talk he will also be covering other aspects of daily life in North Korea which will seem nothing but alien to all in attendance.
Jeremy Hunter will be speaking in the Carnegie Hall, East Port, Dunfermline on Wednesday 4th March at 7.30pm.
The talk is open to all and is free for RSGS members and students or £8 for non-members.
