WORK to resurface Linburn Road in Dunfermline will start later this month and is expected to last three weeks.
The roadworks will take place from the Halbeath Road junction to south of Dunlin Drive. The road will be closed and a diversion put in place.
Bus services will be diverted as needed during the works. Changes to the bus service will be posted at affected bus stops. For more information on the bus services affected, contact Stagecoach on (01592) 645680 or visit www.stagecoachbus.com.
Access for emergency services will be maintained at all times. Access for local residents and businesses will be at the discretion of the engineer and the contractor during the works.
A Fife Council spokesperson said, "We apologise for any inconvenience and delay caused by these essential works, we’ll try to keep disturbance to a minimum. Your patience and co-operation during this time is greatly appreciated."
