British Transport Police are tracing a man who inappropriately touched himself on board a train earlier this month. 

A 24 year-old woman spotted a man on the service between Perth and Edinburgh with a jacket over his lap, touching himself inappropriately.

As the train pulled into Inverkeithing station, the man became aggressive to the woman and then quickly left the service. 

The incident happened on board the 3.04pm ScotRail service between Perth and Edinburgh on Wednesday, June 7.

He has been described as a white man approximately 5ft 9inches, believed to be around 50-60 years old with dark, thinning hair and was wearing a white shirt with an open collar, black leather jacket and black trousers.
