BRITISH Transport Police have released CCTV images of two men that officers wish to trace in connection with an investigation into an indecent incident that occurred on a train travelling between Edinburgh and Inverkeithing.
The incident occurred on 3rd July on board the 23.19 service from Edinburgh Waverley to Perth and officers would like to speak to the two men shown in the photographs, as it is believed that they may have information which could assist with enquiries.
The first man is described as being aged in his mid- to late-30s, with short light-brown hair and a beard. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black-and-white-coloured t-shirt, black jeans and sunglasses on the top of his head.
The second man is also described as being aged in his mid- to late-30s, of slim build, with short black, receding hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a burgundy-coloured polo shirt with a black collar and blue jeans.
Detective Constable Donna Davanna, the BTP officer in charge of the enquiry, said, "I am appealing to anyone who recognises the men in the photograph to contact me."
