TESCO has received the go-ahead to extend construction hours to finish their new Dunfermline store on time.
They had initially applied for construction to take place between 9am and 1pm on Saturdays but workers will now be able to be on site from 8am to 5pm.
The supermarket giant finally started work at the site on Carnegie Drive at the end of March and plan to start trading in October.
Tesco will create around 200 jobs when the new store and petrol station opens.
