Kings Road Primary School is just another Rosyth school that has been targeted by vandals in recent weeks.
At about 8.10pm and 8.50 pm on January 18, three security lights were damaged.
Headteacher Gordon Buchanan said: "We think three children are responsible for the damage. The lights cost £70 each but to fix them the cost is into the hundreds.
"There's also damage to the nursery play area.
"Police are dealing with the matter but we are going to be writing to the local community council and press to ask the public for their help to prevent any further damage.
"Camdean Primary School has had a lot of damage because of vandalism in the past months but fortunately we haven't has as much."
