TWO fire crews raced to Rosyth on Saturday afternoon to tackle a row of garages on fire.
Fire services rushed to the garages on Aberlour Street at 1.19pm to put out the blaze which was described by one local resident as "vigorous".
A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted at 1.19pm on Saturday, April 29, to reports of a row of garages alight on Aberlour Street, Rosyth.
“Operations control immediately mobilised two appliances from Dunfermline fire station.
“Firefighters in breathing apparatus used two high powered hoses to extinguish the flames.
“No casualties were reported and crews left the scene after ensuring the area was made safe.”
