A ROSYTH man has appeared in court over a malicious Facebook post.
Robert Delaney, 51, of Walter Hay Court, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between April 1 and December 15, he engaged in a course of conduct which caused two females fear or alarm by publishing a malicious Facebook post and repeatedly posting malicious and derogatory allegations to their home and to their neighbours.
Sheriff Derek Reekie called for reports and Delaney will be sentenced on May 2.
