POLICE attended a house in Rosyth on Tuesday following the discovery of a man’s body.
It is believed the man was a worker at Rosyth Dockyard, was living at the Dockyard Digs complex and that he was found in bed by a colleague.
Next of kin were still being contacted yesterday (Wednesday) and his name had not yet been released.
Police Scotland said, “We can confirm that officers were called to a property in Globe Road, Rosyth, on Tuesday 19th August following the sudden death of a 61-year-old man.
“There are no suspicious circumstances and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal. There is no other information available at this time.”
